This is your Capacity Recovery Roadmap — a simple four-phase journey to help you go from survival mode to a life that feels steady, spacious, and strong. This is the entry point to increasing capacity. You can’t strengthen what you don’t first acknowledge. Why it matters: If you don’t know when you’re nearing overload, you’ll push past it, leading to shutdown or burnout.
