     I realize most people are living from a place of unhealed emotional trauma, they say everyone has a story basically saying we have all been through something. I'm not sure how the mental state of people around the world was prior to the George Floyd (R.I.P) broadcast but I know for certain they way they played that unbelievable crime on repeat everyone who saw it was traumatized. Emotional traumas or adverse experiences have to be addressed there is no way around it. I test dummied myself to find out that communication is very, very important, and whatever you don't deal with/talk about, will deal with you at a time you least expect. In my case as a child growing up to a teen and then adulthood I have experienced or have witnessed various traumatic experiences which brought me to complex trauma/ survival mode state of being. Inconvienient Interuption

     You dont understand why you are so emotional or have no control of your emotions You were just fine a minute ago, or at least so you thought, since you were able to show up for work everyday, and your side hustles were bringing in the extra income you desired, lets just get to the facts,  you were "the ultimate hustler" making it happen, every time, anything you put your hand to, you became inspirational to watch as you rose, knowing your purpose.. But then one day you fell apart, you began to lose control emotionally and all your calm, cool and collectedness was gone, that's when doubt and fear set in and the future seemed dismal and bleak.  Seeking professional help seemed to complicate things further with all the diagnosis and labels of disorders placed on you, due to your trust in the "doctors" you believed you were now who they diagnosed you to be.
