  Scripture: Mark 7:20–23 And He said, What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man. For a long time, I believed healing meant fixing what people could see. If I could smile through the pain, keep going, or appear strong, then maybe I was healing. But God has been teaching me something much deeper. Healing starts in the heart. In this Bible verse, Jesus shifts the focus away from outward appearances and points directly to the condition of our hearts. He reminds us that our words, attitudes, and actions don't simply happen—they flow from what has been cultivated within us. That truth challenged me. Love is the choice I make—every time.
Love restores what fear once tried to define.
Love reflects the heart of God—
Unshaken, whole, and divine.

Love is a seed—when planted, it grows,
Blossoms and blooms till everyone knows.
A light in the highs, an anchor in the lows,
Warmth in the heart
When the world feels cold.

Love doesn’t rush, doesn’t force, doesn’t flee.
It stays. It heals. It teaches me
That even in silence, even in pain,
Love remains—steady and unchanged.

  Love the way God loves—patient, healing, true.

 Love over fear. Always.

 Perfect love drives out fear.

Choose love when fear tries to lead.

 Luv yourself gently.

Healing begins with self-love.

 Rest is an act of love.

 Rooted in love, grounded in truth.

  Let love be your foundation.

 Love is a daily practice.

 Practice love—in thought, word, and action.

 Small acts. Deep love.

Love is patient.
Love is kind.
Love is always on my mind.

Either hot or cold,
Love is bold—
Absolutely worth my time, my dime,
A permanent sign
That denies every negative vibe.

Love isn’t rushed.
Love is sure.
Love is steady, strong, and pure.

It doesn’t fade when seasons change,
Doesn’t flinch when hearts feel strange.
Love remains when truth is told,
Grounded deep—never controlled
