Every day we are influenced by what we see, hear, think, and believe. Some thoughts bring life. Some thoughts bring fear. Some thoughts help us grow. Some thoughts keep us stuck. The battle isn't always around us. Sometimes it's within us. The mind is a battleground. Daily! Every day we are exposed to words, opinions, fears, doubts, and distractions. Sometimes it seems as though people say things that invite your mind to dwell on worry, fear, discouragement, or defeat. If we're not careful, those thoughts can take root and begin influencing how we see ourselves, others, and our future. That is why I believe it is important to be intentional.
