I share from my own healing journey—these posts are for me first, then for you. I’m simply walking in purpose and sharing what helps me grow, in hopes it may encourage you too. 🌱✨ For Those Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Pain, or Loss Mental health struggles can feel isolating—but God is near to the brokenhearted. When we’re overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or deep emotional pain, Scripture reminds us we’re not alone. His Word becomes a lifeline when our emotions try to drown us. Here are 5 powerful Bible verses to meditate on when you're hurting: 1. Psalm 34:18 (NIV) “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Reflect: When you feel like no one sees your pain, remember: God is near —not distant. He meets you right in the middle of your heartbreak. 2. Isaiah 41:10 (NLT) “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. Shift of Focus: From Hurt to Healing

Here’s a thought: what if we shifted our focus?
What if instead of constantly replaying the pain, we turned our attention to what brings us joy? What if we chose to feed the solution rather than the problem?

We spend so much time revisiting our wounds—talking about them, thinking about them, even unintentionally reliving them. But every time we do, we’re giving them more power. We’re feeding that energy, reinforcing the cycle, and calling in more of the same.

It’s not that our pain isn’t real. It is. But healing begins when we stop giving it the microphone all the time.

What we focus on expands. So if we want better, we have to start focusing on better.
That means intentionally shifting our perspective—from the weight of what went wrong to the lightness of what’s possible. From who hurt us to who loves us. From the darkness to the beauty we still get to experience every day.

It’s a choice. And it doesn’t happen all at once.
But even small steps matter—like speaking more about what we’re grateful for, surrounding ourselves with uplifting energy, or creating space for peace and joy.

When we start feeding the good, we call in more of it.
So today, I invite you to shift your focus.
Your healing may just be on the other side of it.

Journal Prompt:
What are three things that bring me joy, no matter how small?
How can I intentionally give more attention to those things this week?
