All That God Has for Me

I want everything God has for me. Nothing more, nothing less, nothing outside His will. I want to go where He leads, learn what He teaches, release what He removes, and receive what He gives. I don’t want blessings that come with confusion, I don’t want doors He did not open, I don’t want relationships He did not send, I don’t want success that costs my peace. I want the life God designed for me before fear, before pain, before doubt. I want His promises in my spirit, His healing in my body, His wisdom in my decisions, His provision in my finances, His order in my family, and His love in my relationships. I surrender my timing, my understanding, my plans, and my expectations. Lord, let Your will be done in my life completely. If I have to grow, grow me. If I have to wait, steady me. Shift of Focus: From Hurt to Healing

Here’s a thought: what if we shifted our focus?
What if instead of constantly replaying the pain, we turned our attention to what brings us joy? What if we chose to feed the solution rather than the problem?

We spend so much time revisiting our wounds—talking about them, thinking about them, even unintentionally reliving them. But every time we do, we’re giving them more power. We’re feeding that energy, reinforcing the cycle, and calling in more of the same.

It’s not that our pain isn’t real. It is. But healing begins when we stop giving it the microphone all the time.

What we focus on expands. So if we want better, we have to start focusing on better.
That means intentionally shifting our perspective—from the weight of what went wrong to the lightness of what’s possible. From who hurt us to who loves us. From the darkness to the beauty we still get to experience every day.

It’s a choice. And it doesn’t happen all at once.
But even small steps matter—like speaking more about what we’re grateful for, surrounding ourselves with uplifting energy, or creating space for peace and joy.

When we start feeding the good, we call in more of it.
So today, I invite you to shift your focus.
Your healing may just be on the other side of it.

Journal Prompt:
What are three things that bring me joy, no matter how small?
How can I intentionally give more attention to those things this week?
