  The new year arrived with a gift I did not ask for—but deeply needed: Clarity . It came both spiritually and physically, marking the unmistakable end of a season. I have never felt more clear than I do now. What made this realization even more profound was how God revealed it to me in a quiet, unexpected moment. One night, while driving home, I noticed something different. I usually don’t see very well at night, especially when I'm extremely tired. Darkness often brings limitation and strain. But this time, the road appeared clear—so clear it felt like driving in the daytime, even though it was night. I was calm. Focused. Aware. I was even able to read without my glasses. In that moment, I understood: this wasn’t just about physical sight. It was symbolic of what God had already been doing within me. Clarity is one of the ways God protects His children. So many of us…
 searching for “the way”
 Listening to voices louder than our own
 Taking steps in shoes not sized for our journey
 Being pulled in directions
 by hands that never knew our purpose

They say,
 “This is the path,”
 “Follow this rule,”
 “Think like this,”
 “Be like that,”
 But none of it fits
 And we wonder why we’re stumbling in circles

Let me tell you —
 You gotta do what works for you

Because when you don’t…
 Overwhelm becomes your roommate
 Unworthiness whispers from the mirror
 And fear?
 Fear builds a home inside your doubt

But when you turn inward —
 when you listen to that quiet light within
 you remember:
 You were never lost
 You were just ignoring your guide

Your truth.
 Your rhythm.
 Your way.

So take that next step, not in mimicry,
 but in alignment
 Because real peace doesn’t come from outside voices —
 It’s the sound of your soul
 finally
 being heard.

 

Scripture: Romans 12:2 (NIV)
 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
 → This highlights tuning out external patterns to discover God’s specific will for you. 

Affirmation: I trust the process God has me in, even when I don’t understand it.
