Holding It In Makes You Sick: The Hidden Cost

Many of us grow up learning to “be strong,” “push through,” or “keep it together.” But what we rarely talk about is the weight that comes with carrying emotions we never release. Anger. Bitterness. Jealousy. Resentment. Unforgiveness. Hidden hurt. Silent disappointment. These emotions don’t stay neatly tucked away in the heart. The body feels them. The mind reacts to them. Community Healing

There was a time I walked away from God—and in doing so, I know I hurt, disappointed or failed some of the very people who mattered most, and though they didn't say a word, Action speaks louder than words.

This is my attempt to make things right, not just with words, but with presence, love, and intentional healing. I have a much better understanding now.

Let’s connect—those who feel forgotten, hurt, or distant.
Let’s grow together, thrive together, and heal together.
Let’s be transparent, honest, and rooted in faith.

This space is for restoration.
A safe place where compassion meets truth.
Where we walk toward holistic wellness—mind, body, and spirit.
Together.

No judgment. Just love, growth, and God’s guidance.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to join me.
We don’t have to walk alone anymore.
