Protect the Promise: Reasons Why Everything Doesn't Need to Be Announced

There was a time when I believed sharing my excitement would multiply my joy. Whenever something good was on the horizon—a new opportunity, a fresh idea, a prayer I believed God was answering—I wanted to tell someone. Over time, I learned a valuable lesson. Not everyone celebrates your good news with a sincere heart. Some people are genuinely happy for you, while others may unintentionally introduce doubt, fear, criticism, or unnecessary opinions. Sometimes they don't mean any harm. Other times, their response reveals that they simply cannot see what God has shown you. I've learned that some things are meant to be protected before they are presented. There is wisdom in allowing a dream to mature before exposing it to the world. A seed isn't planted so it can be dug up every day to prove it's growing. It remains hidden beneath the soil until its roots are strong enough to break through the surface. In much the same way, God often develops His promises in private before r...

May 2025 Mental Health Awareness

This month, we bring awareness to mental health— and embrace the #EndTheStigma mindset.

Let's also remember that we must put our awareness into action to see the results and give hope to others !!

Recovery is possible, its up to the individual to make the decision. A decision to do what is necessary for the best of you to emerge. A decision to be stronger than whatever is seeking to control you and stunt your growth.

Way too many of us have struggled silently, putting on a strong face while falling to pieces inside. This is why our community stands on the foundation of support, faith, encouragement, and most importantly—awareness.

You are welcome here. You are not alone.

I can only imagine what a world where everyone is holistically well would look like—mind, body, and spirit. What a beautiful reality that could be.

This month is a time to reflect, raise awareness, and most importantly, extend grace to ourselves and each other. Some of us have struggled in silence for years, believing that no one would understand, or ashamed of what they might think. Silence breeds shame—and shame keeps us from healing.

Let us imagine something different: a supportive community for the hard days when you when you're down, celebrates your smallest wins, and encourages your growth without judgment.

Together we can create a safe space built on faith, encouragement, awareness, and love. A place where holistic wellness—mind, body, and spirit—is not just the goal, but the culture.

What would a community of healed people look like? Peaceful? Creative? Bold? Unified? The truth is we don't know and wont know if we never try.

We each can commit to becoming just a little better—to healing, to understanding, to showing up—we would become the change we yearn to see in the world.

Let’s walk this journey together. You're not alone, and you're always welcome here.
