I share from my own healing journey—these posts are for me first, then for you. I’m simply walking in purpose and sharing what helps me grow, in hopes it may encourage you too. 🌱✨ For Those Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Pain, or Loss Mental health struggles can feel isolating—but God is near to the brokenhearted. When we’re overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or deep emotional pain, Scripture reminds us we’re not alone. His Word becomes a lifeline when our emotions try to drown us. Here are 5 powerful Bible verses to meditate on when you're hurting: 1. Psalm 34:18 (NIV) “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Reflect: When you feel like no one sees your pain, remember: God is near —not distant. He meets you right in the middle of your heartbreak. 2. Isaiah 41:10 (NLT) “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. The Light Of Truth

Have you experienced being in darkness, and that first burst of light hits your eyes, you instinctively shield yourself? Or maybe you close your eyes, squint, or lower your lids—not because you don’t want the light, but because it’s overwhelming at first. That’s what happens when you've been filled with light and refuse to return to darkness.

Your light doesn’t dim for others—it shines, illuminates. And those still in darkness may not be able to take it. It irritates, exposes, or even blinds them, not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because they haven’t yet adjusted.

Remember this, it’s not your job to dim your light ever. They’re the ones still in the dark. They need to adjust—not you.

They don’t hate you—they hate what your light reveals.
The truth makes them uncomfortable, so they turn away.
But hiding in darkness doesn’t make it go away.
Yes, truth is bittersweet…
But I’d rather live free in the light than stay shackled by a lie.

I don’t live to please people.
I live to please God.
And that means walking in truth—even when it costs me.
