Beware Of Projections

Sometimes people are not transparent about what they are truly feeling. Instead of facing their own emotions, they project them onto others—claiming you feel what they themselves are unwilling to confront. Since beginning my healing journey toward holistic wellness, I have become very intentional about what I hold onto and what I willingly release. One thing I know about myself is this: if I’m talking about it, I’m not holding it in. Healing has taught me the importance of honesty—first with myself, then with God. Some people, however, have not yet chosen healing. Others may not even realize how unaware they are of their own inner state. When someone recently tried to tell me that I was holding grudges or harboring negative feelings in my heart, I disagreed internally. Not from pride—but from self-awareness. Still, because I know I am not above reflection or correction, I took the moment seriously. I revisited and attempted to resolve a situation that had taken place earlier that s...

What You See In This Season Isn’t The End.

Hope IsReal is not just an alias for me it is a reminder.

When we are pressed on every side, we must remember whose we are.
We belong to the Most High God.
We live by faith and not by sight.

What we see is not all there is.
The world we live in is both physical and spiritual.
There are moments when circumstances look louder than truth, when fear looks bigger than promise — but God’s reality is not limited to our eyesight.

The God we serve is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above our expectations.
He is a Father when we feel alone.
A Friend when no one understands.
A Healer when our hearts and bodies ache.
A Deliverer when we feel trapped.
A Way Maker when we see no path forward.
A Solid Rock when everything around us shifts.

He is all we need — and more.

What we believe is powerful.
Belief shapes direction.
Faith shapes outcomes.
To live by faith is to live by belief, and what we choose to believe will influence what becomes of our lives.

Sometimes what we see is only a distraction from what God is doing in the spiritual realm.
So we pray — not just for change in situations — but for change within us.

We pray for:
strength when we feel weak,
wisdom when we feel unsure,
understanding when we feel confused,
and daily protection as we continue to do what is good and right.

May our lives become a testimony.
May our walk leave footprints of faith —
just as others once upon a time have left them for us to follow.

Because hope is not imaginary.

Hope Is Real.
